  1. Phil- melons, strawberries, grapes, etc are excellent. I know I ate a bunch of melons when it was hot. And the freezing cold water at Flowing Park was awesome in the heat. Coke and chips, plus gu's are good. And soup in the cold. Those are the things I like.

  2. Hot and salty soup after the 50 mile point is a life saver.

Gels, potatoes and salt, turkey and cheese tortilla sandwiches are great.

    Thanks for asking!

  3. Boiled potatoes and salt are a must! :-)

    Potato soup is pretty good.

Ramon soup is pretty good at night. Coffee would be pretty awesome.

For me, the sweet stuff gets old pretty quick, but gels saved my bacon at Pb last year.
